Description: This thornless, hairy, mat-forming species spreads by rhizomes and bears alternate, bipinnate leaves that are divided into as many as 21 pairs of small, linear leaflets are sensitive and close when touched. The flower heads are oblong in outline and consist mostly of pink stamens.
