Know Before You Go

Admission is free.
We’re proud to offer access to the garden and nursery at no cost. If you’d like to support our efforts to preserve Florida’s native flora and educate the community, donations are always appreciated.

Pets are not permitted in the garden.
While we love animals, this is an active nursery and a living collection of native plants that support sensitive pollinator species. For the protection of both the plants and the wildlife that depend on them, we kindly ask that you leave pets at home when visiting.

Please respect the plants.
Visitors are welcome to explore, observe, and enjoy the garden, but we ask that you do not pick flowers, collect seeds, or take cuttings. Many of the species here are slow-growing or rare, and we want to ensure they remain for others to enjoy—and for butterflies, bees, and other wildlife to rely on.

Check the weather before you come.
Because the garden is entirely outdoors, we may close temporarily during storms or extreme weather. For the latest updates on closures or schedule changes, visit our website or follow us on social media.

Accessibility Notice
Please note that accessibility is limited in some areas of the garden. While we strive to make our space as welcoming as possible, the natural terrain and layout of certain paths may be difficult to navigate for visitors using wheelchairs, walkers, or other mobility aids. Some areas are unpaved or uneven due to the preservation of native habitat features. We recommend reaching out in advance if you have specific accessibility concerns—we’re happy to help you plan your visit.
