Facts about Morus Alba host plant:
White mulberry tree is one of the best host plant for the white lined sphinx moth. The leaves are alternate, simple, very variable in size from about 2" to as much as 8" in length, margins toothed and variously lobed or unlobed, lobed more characteristic of small leaves and those leaves found on saplings rather than those on mature trees, upper surfaces of leaves shiny green and smooth to the touch. Flowers: male flowers borne in elongated clusters; female flowers borne in rounded cluster. Fruit: usually white to pinkish but sometimes almost black, arising from the leaf axils, and held in globular clusters, around 1/2" long.
